Loved the quirky decor and the fantastic garden with chickens roaming around. Great spot for a sunny afternoon!

Charming accommodations with well-furnished interiors, especially in The Firle, offering a cozy atmosphere. Great access to local attractions makes it an ideal spot for those attending events or exploring the area.
The Deluxe Double Room felt cramped for two, making it tricky to prepare for formal events, especially with limited hanging space for attire on a rail over the bed. Communication for check-in and dining arrangements could use some tuning. discrepancies led to minor confusion upon arrival regarding early check-in and meal availability. The shower setup may pose challenges for those needing additional support, such as grab rails, while the absence of decaf coffee could disappoint caffeine-sensitive guests, especially during a hot stay.

The delightful garden with chickens roaming freely was my favorite! It reminded me of my childhood visits to my grandparents' farm, adding a charming touch that made the Roebuck Inn feel like home.
More seating for seniors outdoors, please.

Had a fab time at the Roebuck Inn! The Full English breakfast hit the spot, and our room was equipped with two comfy armchairs – perfect for a couple of lazy mornings. Dotty the dog added to the charm, making us feel right at home.
Communication needs a bit of a polish. Received mixed messages about early check-in and food availability, but in the end, the staff sorted it out and we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely spot with friendly vibes
Spent a night here and the staff were super friendly, always smiling and eager to help. The breakfast was nice, but our food came out all over the place, and we had to figure out where the vinegar was ourselves. The room was comfy though, and the bar area had a cozy atmosphere to chill in.

The Deluxe Double Room with Shower featured a comfy bed and thoughtful amenities like fresh milk for tea upon arrival, making it feel a bit more personal. The garden outside, complete with roaming chickens, added a charming touch and made for a relaxing space to unwind.
The shower basin was wet and tricky to navigate, especially since I had to hop about five inches to get in, lacking any handrails unless you bring your own. Without hand soap in the bathroom and with thick duvet layers making the room stifling, sleep was elusive. They claimed there was one step into the room but it turned out to be two, which was cumbersome for me as an amputee. the coat hanger rail's height seemed designed for someone over six feet, making accessing hangers a hassle. No decaf coffee in the room either, which was a disappointment.
